REQUIREMENTS FOR DOING BUSINESS WITH GAYLORD IMPORT MARKETING COMPANY

 

 TERMS AND CONDITION

·          Condition: All orders are subject to acceptance by Gaylord Import Marketing  Company

·          Minimum order requirements: 100 units  per style number.

·          50% deposit required on all orders … balance to be paid in full just before delivery is made.

·          Freight: F.O.B. Maryland.

·          Method of payment: Certified check, Money order, Wire transfer, or personal check – personal checks will have to clear before orders or processed.

·          Turn around time: After receipt of order you will need to allow approximately 4-weeks for processing and delivery.

Warranty: Our sportswear line (Track/Jogging Suits) are fully guaranteed against material and manufacture defects. Every effort is made to match colors as closely as possible. However, during the dying process, color shades may not be exact. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for color mismatches.

·          Samples: Samples available upon request, but are limited to stock on hand and will be billed at current suggested retail prices. Samples are returnable for credit.

·          Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. There is a $100.00 minimum order cost per style for all custom products.

·          Logo and Screen printing: There is a one time setup fee charge of $50.00

·          Return Police: Request for returns must be made in writing within 10-days of receipt of goods. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Gaylord Import Marketing Company authorization. All return freight charges are paid by customer. We are only responsible for return freight on defective merchandise and miss-shipped orders. Any customization orders may not be returned.

Cancellations: Cancellation are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
